Prof. Kim wins the Grand Prize of the MSK Awards!

Professor Jihyun F. Kim has won the Grand Prize of the 2018 MSK Awards for his lifetime achievements in microbial research and contributions to microbiology. He published more than a hundred research/review papers on microbial genomics, genome evolution, microbe-host interactions, and systems/synthetic biology including those published in Nature, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, Trends in Genetics, Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics, Genome Biology and Evolution, Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions, Journal of Molecular Biology, and Journal of Bacteriology, and filed over thirty patents and software programs.
